We have a 20x40 in ground heated pool. All guests are welcome to swim for free. If you invite other family members or friends to go for a swim we ask that you pay $5.00 per additional person

Types of sites
We offer seasonal Camping which is from May 1st through October 31st . The annual rate is $1,600 and payable on May 1st each year. The seasonal rate includes water, and sewer at your site. There is an electric meter at your site and you will be charged monthly for your individual usage. There is a $200 dollar charge to leave your camper for the winter on your site. If you remove the camper, the site becomes available to others.

We offer long term stays including year round camping for those that live in their campers due to mobile employment etc. The monthly rate to live here is $600 which includes water, sewer and up to $100 of electrical usage per month. Any electric overage is to be covered by the guest.
We have a limited number of sites designated for overnight guests. The rate is $40 per night up to four people. There will be a $5 charge for each additional guest. There is a maximum of one RV per site. This includes water, sewer and electric.
